Level the hills and enjoy the views with our powerful Pedego eBikes! Steeped in California’s history, Carmel-by-the-Sea is renowned worldwide for it’s uniqueness. While we take in the beautiful vistas, learn the history and stories surrounding some of our most famous buildings and residents.
We start at the Pedego Electric Bike shop in the Carmel Crossroads where there’s plenty of parking. Our first stops are the Carmel Mission, established in 1797, and Clint Eastwood’s Mission Ranch. From there we get “lost” in the winding, tree-lined streets of Carmel as we work our way to the stunning, ocean-front homes. We weave in and out of different streets, past beautiful mansions, quaint hotels, art galleries, shops, and amazing restaurants.
In just two blocks we see a dozen of Hugh Comstock’s fairy-tale-cottages! Our ride finishes with a 2 mile ocean-front ride past Carmel Beach and the stunning homes that face it. Between the spectacular homes and stunning scenery, it’s hard to know where to look! The full ride is about 10 miles and lasts roughly 2 hours.

- While Southern California is known for its sunny weather, our climate here up north tends to be a bit cooler. We recommend dressing warmly so that you can fully enjoy the ride!
Going on this tour was one of the best choices we made in our trip. We had a blast! We enjoyed every minute. The combination of a comfortable ebike, the views along the way, and the professional tour guide we had, made it a perfect and memorable experience. I highly recommend this to anyone in the area. You will not regret it.
This trip was amazing!!!! I was here alone, 50 year old woman not in any shape and was concerned I wouldn’t be able to do it. I wasn’t in any discomfort during or even the next day. I can’t recommend this trip enough! Zane and Shell were amazing guides and I had the best time riding in the most beautiful place I’ve ever been!
